Welcome to InsulEase, a DBA of PropyMgmt, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your use of the Company’s website located at www.InsulEase.net (the “Site”) and any services provided through the Site (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Site or Service, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

InsulEase provides personalized wellness solutions for women with PCOS and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). Services include custom nutrition plans, doctor-designed fitness programs, symptom support guides, educational resources, and private coaching support.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the Service, you consent to the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of the United States to register for or use the Service. When you register, you must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Company is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account. Misuse of your account may result in suspension or termination.

6.1 Personalized Nutrition Plan and 30-Day Voxer Coaching

All sales are final. Once delivered, the service is non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities:

6.2 Six-Month Coaching Program

Access to all services, resources, and coaching for six (6) months (180 days) from the start date.

Clients must use the Practice Better portal for communication, scheduling, and document sharing.

A one-time pause of up to thirty (30) days may be requested in writing for valid reasons.

All fees must be paid in full or in accordance with any agreed payment plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable.

Program renewal is not automatic. Clients wishing to continue must contact us before the program ends.

If you follow your personalized plan as directed for thirty (30) days without improvement in energy, mood, digestion, or symptoms, we will review your case, adjust your plan once, and provide an additional seven (14) days of Voxer support at no extra charge.

Submitting progress photos is voluntary.

Photos are used solely for coaching support, kept confidential, and stored securely on HIPAA-compliant platforms.

You may request deletion of your photos by written request to info@insulease.net. Deletion will occur within ten (10) business days.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

The Company does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party content on the Site. You rely on such content at your own risk.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or applications. We do not control or endorse these third-party resources and are not responsible for their content or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Site are owned by the Company or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Site and Service.
